The Lexus LaceUp Running Series is excited to announce the Orange County Walk for a Cause with proceeds going to the American Diabetes Association. The Southern California running series is hosting a 5K walk on Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017 in Irvine, CA. The walk is a part of the Orange County Marathon Relay event, one of four 2017 LaceUp Running Series events.
Proceeds from the Orange County Walk for a Cause event will aid in the American Diabetes Association’s mission “to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes”. The Association funds research to prevent, cure and manage diabetes; delivers services to hundreds of communities; provides objective and credible information; and gives voice to those denied their rights because of diabetes.
